Job Description
The Technical Support Analyst will support the Technical Support and Project Management teams in managing merchant integrations, coordinating with internal technical teams, and preparing documentation and client communications. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of payment processes and system integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling merchant integration queries and tracking progress with internal development teams.
- Support in preparing and maintaining integration documentation, including setup guides, flowcharts, and business process overviews.
- Help coordinate testing and go-live activities for merchant accounts and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain records of merchant communications, feature requests, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow between support, development, and project management.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely follow-ups and delivery of assigned tasks.
Skills and Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a technical support, coordination, or documentation role.
- Basic understanding of payment gateways, merchant accounts, or e-commerce integrations preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
