Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support to support the Application Team in managing day-to-day technical communications and initial issue analysis. In this role, you will help reduce operational communication overhead by handling technical email queries, performing first-level issue triaging, and coordinating with development teams.
The candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to analyze incoming issues, gather required information, and support faster resolution. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn about web applications, APIs, and technical workflows are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be trained on our systems, processes, and application workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle daily email communication related to technical queries and support requests.
- Perform initial level technical analysis and sorting/prioritizing of incoming issues.
- Coordinate with the development team to clarify requirements or technical issues.
- Track and manage incoming support requests and ensure proper follow-up.
- Assist in documenting common issues, solutions, and internal workflows.
- Support teams by gathering necessary information for issue resolution.
- Monitor and report recurring issues to the team.
- Maintain proper communication with stakeholders regarding issue status and updates.
Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs.
- Good communication and email writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of databases (preferably MySQL).
- Basic knowledge of web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
